All Signs Point To Success For City, Says Keffler

In his annual State-of-the-City address, Richardson City Manager Bill Keffler said he sees signs of enormous strength, growth and change. The keynote talk during the Richardson’s Chamber of Commerce’s Signature Luncheon, Keffler’s presentation was attended by more than 100 business executives and community leaders.

Keffler’s presentation was “not only a recap of where we’ve been and where we are now, it’s also a taking stock of our future. It starts with my bosses,” he commented, ”since it’s been the continuity of our City’s leadership which has made the difference in enabling the City of Richardson to be so successful. Overall, working together on a common mission, the City Council creates a vision for our community at the start and have seen it to completion.

Richardson Companies Make The Grade In Annual DMN Rankings

Five Richardson companies were named among the area’s top public companies in The Dallas Morning News' annual overview of the business landscape in Dallas-Fort Worth.

The special section, which featured lists of the largest public companies, the area’s biggest private companies; heftiest CEO pay packages and top firms by sector (including law firms, energy, banking, car dealers and hospitals), was published in the May 14 issue of the newspaper.

Prime Time Business Expo Set For June 14

ViewPoint BankThe Richardson Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Prime Time Business Expo, sponsored by ViewPoint Bank, on June 14 from 5-7 p.m. at the Richardson Civic Center, 411 Arapaho Road.

Prime Time is an excellent opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and/or services. More than 100 exhibiting businesses and 280 attendees participated in last year's expo. The event includes food, beverages and entertainment.
